1. This competition is being run by Grays Shopping Centre. 2. Competition entries are open until Friday 21st June only. 3. Entries received after this date and time will not be eligible. 4. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. If we fail to be able to make contact with the winner within 48 hours another winner will be selected. 6. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person. 7. Employees of the centre, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter the competition. 8. No purchase necessary. 9. Grays Shopping Centre will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason. 10. By entering into the competition the winner agrees to participate in all associated PR and marketing activities. 11. The information provided by the entrants will be used by Walnut’s, unless the entrant has selected otherwise, to notify them of further events and offers. Information will not be passed onto third parties. 12. No cash alternative is available. 13. After a winner is declared 99p Stores reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the promotion and instead issue to the winner a 99-item product voucher redeemable at a 99p Stores within three months of issue. 14. During the dash single items only count. 15. Dash lasts 99 seconds. 16. Any items dropped during the dash do not count. 17. Only one person can perform the dash. 18. Products and / or vouchers are not cash transferable. 19. All entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules. 20. Winner must be available on Wednesday 26th June 2013.
